Mulberry (Morus spp., Moracecae) is a notable medicinal and multi-functional plant. Distinct mulberry types are spread in subtropical, temperate tropical areas all over the world. leaves carry number of bioactive compounds with it along various pharmacological effects. It magnificent origin nutrients, phytochemical been proven as nutraceutical. have wide range effects having bacteriostatic, anti-hyperlipidemia, lowering blood glucose, anti-hypertensive, antiviral properties. caloric content was determined carbohydrate (CHO), protein, fat, fiber, moisture ash. contained uppermost amount (28.37%) T1 lowermost (5.2%) T1. The mineral macro-elements micro-elements were from chromium (Cr), manganese (Mn), iron (Fe), zinc (Zn), magnesium (Mg), phosphorus (P), calcium (Ca), potassium (K) sodium (Na). minerals highest (34.7) lowest vitamins fat-soluble water-soluble β-carotene, C, B3 B2 determined.
